Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days and ask for a product replacement or money refund!

The product you wish to return should:

  • not be used
  • be in the original packaging, be in excellent condition as you received it, without stains or worn off
  • contain all the labels and manufacturer's tags and the tags should have not been removed
  • be accompanied by the receipt of purchase or invoice

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

RETURN COST

The first return that concerns change or replacement of the product is FREE for shipments in Greece, via ACS Courier.

For Cyprus and abroad, the cost of shipment is being paid by the customer and can be sent by any courier the customer wishes!

In case of a second return of product of the same order, the cost will be paid by the client when he receives the return package. The amount is 4€  (for shipments within Greece).

  • In case of money refund or return of a non-defective product, the costumer is obliged to pay the cost of return.
  • In case of defective and / or incorrect product, the return costs and forwarding expenses, if you have asked for a replacement with the same product, are being exclusively paid by our company.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE - RETURN FORM

In case of fully or partially returning your order, please fill out the Return Form placed inside the packaging of the product that you will receive. In this specific form, you have to fill some necessary information such as the order number, product code, if you wish Replacement or Refund, the reason of return, etc.

Once you send the package, it will take 2-5 working days to complete the process of your request. Apart from the time it takes for the package to arrive, it is also because all returns go through quality control process.

Specifically, the process for any reason return is detailed below:

 

 

Α. Change or replacement product
 
If you wish:

  • change in color or size of product
  • product replacement with another one

please follow the steps below:

  2. Place the filled in Return Form with the product that you want to change or replace, along with its accompanying documents (invoice or receipt) in a safe packaging.
  3. After receiving the e-mail, we will contact ACS Courier, who will contact you to pick up the package.

 

Β. Money Refund
 
If you wish to refund your money, the amount will be deposited into a bank account that you will indicate to us within fourteen (14) days after receiving your package and after having checked that it meets the conditions, see "Return Policy".

For a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • For a refund of a non-defective product, cost is borne by the customer along with the costs of return.

If the purchase has been made via PayPal, the refund will be made in the same way. If the purchase has been made by cash or card, the money will be refunded by bank deposit to the account you have indicated in the return form.

 
C. Return and / or replacement of defective and / or incorrect product

In Love + Alicia we apply quality control methods throughout the production process and in the final stage we check the products just before they are packaged.

However, if the product you received is defective (has a visible manufacturing defect), or does not match to what you ordered, our company will replace it or return your money.

CAUTION: Our company will consider your request for return of a defective product after the quality control process is completed. Once you send the package, it will take 2-5 working days to finish processing your request.
